How do I book an appointment?

You can either call or send a message to Lizzy on 07563036639. Please leave your name, number and treatment(s) you are interested in and you will be contacted within 24 hours. You can also book an appointment via our social pages or by email. Please see our contact page for more information. Please always leave a message if you are diverted to our answering machine as often your number is untraceable when we miss a call.

Do you offer treatments for men?

Yes, by recommendation only.

Will I have to fill out a medical health form?

Yes, you will be required to fill out both a consultation form and answer a Covid-19 questionnaire prior to your treatment. Once this is all filled out, upon your next visit you will only need to sign the forms to update any medical changes. These forms take 2-3 minutes to complete before your initial appointment and will not eat into your treatment time.

Which form of payments do you accept?

All forms of payment are accepted apart from cheques.

Do I have to leave a deposit?

You may be asked to make a deposit when booking multiple treatments in one session, this will be refunded back to you if you decide to cancel or amend your booking as long as 24 hours notice prior to your appointment is given.

What should I wear?

It's always best to wear something you feel comfortable in, loose fitted clothing after a massage is recommended, flip flops or toe-less sandals are recommended for a pedicure where the polish may not be fully dry.

The Beech Hut is both mobile and based in LE4. Please contact directly for further details.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancelled appointments and will do our best to rearrange with you if you would like to reschedule. If you fail to give the minimum of 24 hours' notice or if you don't show up for your appointment, this will be marked against further bookings and you may be required to pay in full prior to your future appointments.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes we do. If you live nearby vouchers may be hand delivered to you or alternatively, an e-voucher may be emailed to you directly.

Do you have a loyalty scheme?

Yes, each time you visit The Beech Hut you will be issued with a stamp which is worth the equivalent of 5% discount. You can save up your stamps for your tenth visit where your card will be full and you can redeem your discount of 50% off your total treatments that day or you can cash in your stamps at any time and you will be issued with a new blank loyalty card.

Do you ever offer any deals?
